Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026. These terms govern your use of this site and the services Vanaholic provides.
Estimates and quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and an initial inspection. Final pricing may change if the scope, parts, or condition of your van differs from what was described. We confirm any change in writing before proceeding.
Work and authorization
We perform work only after you approve a written estimate. You authorize us to order the parts and perform the labor described, and to road test the vehicle as needed.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Financing options are available on qualifying projects.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by our warranty as described on the warranty page. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty. Normal wear, abuse, and third-party modifications are not covered.
