The Custom Sprinter Van Build is a ground-up, made-to-order conversion of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the platform most owners want for its height, AWD option, and refined ride. We start with your floor plan and tailor every system: lithium electrical, solar, fresh and grey water, a real kitchen, a wet or dry bath, and insulation tuned for desert heat and mountain cold. CAD-designed cabinetry and premium materials give the interior a finished, residential feel. Custom Sprinter builds typically range from $60,000 to $180,000 depending on systems and finish level. As a Yorba Linda shop since 2014, we have converted more Sprinters than any other chassis and know its quirks inside and out.
